Pregnancy Induced Lactose Intolerance!

What can I do? Most of what baby is making me crave has some form of dairy.
I'm a big fan of cheese and milk and yogurt and that's what this baby wants, makes me vomit to eat anything else, but I  hurt so bad after eating dairy, really bad diarrhea and intestinal cramps.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It is is safe to take the lactade pills during pregnancy plus you can try to take the daily enzyme and that also helps a lot! I used to take the daily enzyme everyday and when I would consumer dairy I would take the lactade pills before eating/drinking dairy. Wal-Mart carries both and the enzyme is a probiotic. I tried posting the link but it wouldn't let me. All you need to do is go to walmart.com and search Digestive Enzyme for Lactose

I could never stand the taste of lactaid. It actually made me puke. Or almond milk. I had about a year when I was a  kid where I  was lactose intolerant. It was terrible.

Can you eat the lactaid products and not feel as bad after? I know they make milk and cottage cheese. Yoplait makes a lactose free yogurt.
