Prenatal Vitamins ?

hi i am a ftm and i am 28 weeks pregnant and i have not taken my vitamins how they should i take them like once in a blue moon but not everyday how i should is that bad ? I dont take them because they make me feel sick :( n then i forget also ?

We forget pills all the time. Some people just aren't good pill takers. I agree try some other options :) hope you're eating nice and healthy too since you do forget and they make you sick.

I don't think it's bad I'm 35 weeks and never took my prenatal vitamins

I got sick from taking them too so I started taking them right before bed and I haven't gotten sick since!

You're not the only one to get sick. I got so nauseous while taking them. I try to take the gummy ones and it helps. As long as you're eating healthy and a variety of foods you and baby should be fine.

My opinion..I think that it is bad. Do you know how much food you need to eat to make sure that you get all the same vitamins from those pills.
You are not the first person that has been sick from those. I would have asked my doctor for something else. #notaresponsibleanswer...#iforgot....

I had the same problem and switched to the gummie prenatal vitamins and no longer felt sick.

It not bad persay but think about long ago when they did not have them and had perfect. Babies you should talk to your doc if they make you sick there are other things they can prescribe
