Prenatals Gummies

so i take the gummies...so that means i have to take an extra pill for iron (the chewable kids kind) i cant take it bcuz i gag...what can i take for iron??:(

You can try just making diet changes. Good food sources include red meat, eggs, beets, spinach, collards.

You can get an Rx for liquid. I don't take prenatal vitamins but at my 28 weeks appt my iron was low and she put me on the liquid for better absorption. Some chewable prenatal vitamins have iron though I thought :/

Spinich and dark veggies are high in iron

Liver and brown swagger had a lot of iron I'm anemic so I have to watch my iron levels also
