Protein Shakes
Do any of you ladies use protein powder for protein shakes? If so, which kind do you use? I bought the chocolate Special K brand protein shake but after reading the label more carefully I am not sure this is safe to drink. I was hoping to find a premade protein shake or a powder that mixes easily with chocolate milk. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Berry flavour
I use Vega. They have very flavor and chocolate. Since it is all plant based.
I drink premier chocolate (pre-made) protein shakes. 30 g of protein and only 160 cal & 1 g of sugar! They sell them at costco & sams club
I use Vega One- plant based.
