I'm negative too and my hubby is positive so I got it at 30 weeks actually, but I did have side effects to the shot.  It felt like a stomach bug, with nausea and tiredness but past within 24 hours.  Totally worth it though.

I'm rh negative but I am O+. Universal donor so I don't have to worry about it.

I am the same. I have had the shot with all 3 pregnancy. Hadn't any side effects. All babies healthy. Worse problems if you don't get the shot.

I'm RH neg as well. I just got my rhogam shot yesterday. You also receive one after labor. They said to get it during the 28th week so now that I'm in the 28th week I just got it. It's because with an rh blood type it can be harmful for the baby if he/she has a positive blood type and they don't want the baby to get sick. They told me as long as I got the shot around the 28th week the baby will be just fine. Also, there weren't any side effects for me at all with the shot just a poke in the bum haha. I read a few articles on how it could be dangerous but the doctor said that it was false, millions of women get the shot. Good luck:)
