Remedy for nausea

I have tried just about everything but the prego pops that I've heard everyone talk about. Every meal or snack that I eat I get extremely nauseous to the point where I don't want to eat. I am literally forcing myself not to throw my food up at this point because I tend to throw up every meal and I am afraid that my baby isn't getting enough if any nutients or liquids. I get extremely weak at the moments I am forcing myself to hold my food and liquids down.

I've tried: Ginger ale, ginger tea, green tea, peppermints, plain toast, yogurt, saltine crackers and nausea pills.

Scrambled Eggs is the only thing I can hold down without feeling sick.

Anyone can suggest anything or should I just see my doctor or wait it out. I am 14w by the way.

Have u tried a sea band? They are designed to put pressure between the 2 central tendons in the wrist! I haven't tried it for morning sickness but it worked for sea sickness with me and it's supposed to work for both! Hope u feel better soon

I don't think you can click the link but go to amazon and search aromatic infusions for morning sickness and they have a few inhalers. It helped me. They also have those sea bands that press your pressure points. Never worked for me but everyone is different

Do you know where I can get that? Just the regular store? I've tried snacks in between small meals and just eating in general while sick but it does nothing but make me sicker. I am going to try a different nausea pill.

This is my second. With my first I had sickness for no more than two weeks if that. I've been feeling this way for two months and I am afraid I'll be one of those ones that will have sickness throughout the whole pregnancy seeing that I am 14 weeks and this sickness has in no form or fashion subsided.

I've even changed my diet a little and it doesn't matter what I eat or drink. Whether I eat healthy or slightly unhealthy. I'll drink some juice and the sickness will just overflow my body. Pineapples, chips etc. it doesn't matter.

Essential oils are popular around my area also they make some natural smells in an inhaler that looks like a vix inhaler stick that is supposed to cut it out. I've been there this is my 3rd pregnancy. Im 34 weeks and still take zofran every single day and night. Everyone says ice chips but that didn't work for me.
