Riund ligament pain!

Hi Ladies! I'm 16w 3d and just started to experience the horror that is round ligament pain. The nurse told me to expect and live with the pain... And that it'll like last a week and get worse before better. Is anyone experiencing this?! Is there anyway to help it pass? Thanks!

This is my second pregnancy and I'm very athletic,  and when trying to run during my second trimester is when I started having the ligament pains began.  I didn't have it with my first son.  I eased up on anything that caused my belly to bounce, and so did the pain.  Now I do cycling or elliptical, I'm 32 weeks,  and it hasn't bothered me since.  I hear using the belly support bands also help but never tried it,  I'm cheap, lol.  They told me mine were supposed to get worse too,  but from experience,  it doesn't always have to. Try taking it easy for a bit and see what works

Nope. It comes and goes. I get it all through my pregnancies. I knew I was pregnant this time round from day one of conception because when I took a show the next day I had ligament pain. Only ever get it while pregnant.
