Round ligament pain
I've had sharp pain in my lower abdomen for a couple days already and my Dr said its normal its just round ligament pain, today the pain has been here almost all day and its just so bad. Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you relieved the pain?
Mine pain has been here for a little more then a week. Comes and goes but its horrible and usually lasts all day. Its crazy though I'm on baby #5 and never felt this before. You would think my body would be ready lol
With my son I had it bad. Doctor told me it was insides making room for the baby. But they hurt. Only lasted a few days
My doctor also suggest getting a belly support belt to help easy the pain

I have had it both my pregnancy just make sure you rest as much as possible and lay on your left side it will help you a great deal. Try not doing too much moving around when you are having that pain.
