SO MUCH PAIN HELP

I'm due in 2 days, been having contractions every 30-45 mins for 37 hrs now, got checked by the pregnancy assessment unit and zero dilation. Has anyone else had this omg I didn't realize it could be this long and so much pain. I'm so sore and sleep deprived and panicked about how long this could drag out for before I go into active labor. Help ladies

You want to save your strength for labor as much as possible. Try taking very warm baths before bed to soothe the aching.

I went through that with my first 7 yrs ago. My hubby had to rub my back til I fell asleep the pain was so bad but labor would not progress. I was in and out of triage several times. I totally understand the frustration. Finally I had a very small leak and they kept me, and I was induced the next day. I think it was atleast 3 days of early labor!! It will eventually come, hang in there!
