I think its because your in the 3rd trimaster, its when our babies grow the most and that means more pressure on your pelvis and body, plus your belly will expand more due to bb growth.  Which means we will have round ligaments pains as well. I too am in my 3rd trimaster and are experiencing this pains. I would cut back on the exercise and let your body rest. After all it already doing alot:) hope you feel better♡

Im 28 weeks and I get sore and lots of pain and I haven't gained any weight.  I developed galstones from the pregnancy so I have been following a strict low fat diet and have actually been losing weight and inches but the baby is growing just fine Maybe your over doing the exercise. try toning down exercise. They say each pregnancy is different and I have experienced much more pain then my sisters, one who had four kids.

I'm feeling the same way yesterday the pain was so bad I couldn't walk, so I called my dr office today because I didn't know if it was normal. They told me to take a Tylenol do some streches and take a warm bath to see if it helps. She said if it gets so bad to the point where I feel something is wrong to go to labor and delivery. By the way I'm 26weeks 3days and the pain started about two weeks ago it just started getting worse this week, my paim is mostly in my pelvis area.
