Scared but not sure if I should be

This pregnancy has been rough on me and I've gone to the ER three times, I'm only 19 weeks, and I've been sent home each and every time being told its normal pain. My first pregnancy was an absolute breeze but this one has been awful.

I'm having quite a few issues. Migraine, completely stuffed up, dizzy and light headed while standing, shortness of breath going upstairs, body aches, sharp shooting pains in my side and some cramping off and on. Since I've experienced most of these the whole 19 weeks, I don't know how concerned I should be. I switched Drs so the old office won't help me and the new office doesn't see me until Tuesday.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?! I really don't want to go to the ER at 7pm on a Friday night just to be told, yet again, it's fine you're pregnant expect it to hurt.

I'm 17/ well 18 weeks today this is all normal and you can get even worse symptoms, I have every single symptom your listing was very sick in beginning, but that started to phase away.... This is my second pregnancy and believe it or not  my first way a lot worse but in different ways, there was a point I could not even sit up with out keeping anything down I was so dehydrated they gave me 24-48 hours to get myself fluids in me or they were keeping me in hospital (with my first)... Then I had swollen feet from 8weeks till the very end where I had to go up 2.5 shoe sizes it was insane, then I was worried about not gaining even weight/nutrition well after the sickness passed bc it eventually should I ended up gaining 50!lbs and develivered her 40weeks and 1 day, I'm normally 5'2, 100-110 lbs so in pretty petite.... N this one I've had an ultrasound done at 13 week n the baby is perfectly healthy, strong heart (just like first one) and  this one is measuring exactly on point of where I should be, as I sit right now I have a headache that hasn't gone away since I woke up... Pains in neck.. Belly is hurting.... If you look at the growth between 12-16 weeks baby's grow so much your body is just trying to make room n catch up! But the headache thing (DRINK water with lemon or orange slices) it helps that's why they tell u to drink a lot of water you will get dehydrated easily, and considering I woke up with headache I wasn't drinking enough water yesterday and obviously when I was sleeping, n have been laying down most of the day bc it's the first Saturday I've had free to myself in over 2 years so I'm trying to take an easy n play catch up with my water, sometimes you may need caffeine your allowed caffeine but limited amount during pregnancy, it Is all normal just always mention what exact symptoms u are having with ur Doctor they see hundreds of pregnant women, if they arnt concerned don't get worried 99% of time it's all normall!!!

Thank you all! Feeling so much better about it all now. I have a 2 year old and am watching my 6 year old nephew until Sunday. My sister is a horrible parent so her son is pretty bad at times but we're working on listening to me and every visit gets better but it's been torture since he got dropped off yesterday.

The new office said since they haven't seen me, they can just tell me to go in. But I am keeping myself hydrated and down as much as possible. My first made me want 10 kids and now I hope I have the courage to do it one more time.

I hope you all feel better throughout and have a great night!

Everything you described is how I'm feeling. I'm 15 weeks, second pregnancy.
All.of this is completely normal.
Some pregnancies are great, and some are just ******.
The only time I'd go to the er was if there was any bleeding.

Are you able to give yourself basic bedrest until Tues? Or maybe try your new dr's after hours line. They might be able to help or at least give solid advice.
I would try calling since tecnicaly you're their patient the on call service should respond to you.

I'm on my 2nd and I swear this time it's a painful experience and I have some simulate symptoms, my OB said to relax hydrate and lay down /sleep as much as I can as exhaustion can make all symptoms worse
