FIBER ONE BARS! I was ssuupeerr constipated around and grabbed a pack of fiber one bars. Ate one with lunch every day for about a week and I was regular again, probably starting the second day of eating the fiber one bars (and they're yummy).

I'd check with your doc before taking a laxative. Mine only recommends stool softners. or the liquid glycerin suppository as a last resort. (Not as horrifying as it sounds and fast results.) I've had ongoing constipation issues this preg. :( I've found fiber supplements, prune juice (I like mine made into a slushie- tastes less gross), fiber one cereal, fiber one bars, and tons of water help to keep things moving. Good luck!
Miralax and colace are safe. However speak with your healthcare provider and be sure to increase your water intake.
I think last time my doctor had me use miralax or something that started with an M. Call your doctor to ask which laxative is safe to use when pregnant. I understand. I was constipated for a whole week with my 3rd pregnancy. There was an over the counter laxative my doctor had me take and it worked no problem.
Maybe try prunes or prune juice. Natural laxative.
