Sharp pain

I was been getting sharp pains all night and today down in my vaginal area. I'm 27 weeks pregnant with my second child
Is it normal??? I've never had them with my first.

Yes those are called lightening pains they feel like something stabbing your vagina.. feels horrible. My recommendation is when you feel that sit down or if you are at home get doggy style on your bed or floor to help baby move around and help relieve you from the uncomfortable pain. Rock your hips side to side and that should help. Good luck!

Every pregnancy is different, even if it's still you, it's a different child. So not every pregnancy you have will have the same symptoms. When I was pregnant, I used to get all sorts of aches ALL OVER the place, especially as I got closer to my due date. My stomach would cramp up when I walked.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you get either unbearable pain and/or bleeding. Either way, when you get a chance to, you should ask your doctor. My doctor was really helpful with everything I wanted to know.
