My doctors office sent me a welcome package with info and it says that Robitussin and Tylenol Cold are ok to take. But you might want to check with your doctor first if there are any kinds of complications with your pregnancy or health or if you are allergic to anything.

Okay so apparently just Robitussin DM... there are lists online of what is and isn't ok if you search.

Tylenol cold is safe. I have asked my dr and pharmacist because they can look it up. Totally Ok to take.

I'm the type of person that avoids taking drugs and I try to do things more naturally. When I was really sick I drank a lot of tea with honey and lemon. Just be careful what herbs are in your tea for some are not good to have during pregnancy. I also drank a lot of bone broth, it was soothing and has protein. Finally I did sinus cleanses with saline solution that's safe during pregnancy. It clears your nose and relieves pressure in your head. Good luck :)

I had a killer cold a few months ago.  I got some eucalyptus oil and put a few drops in boiling water and steamed my face. It def helped.  Opened up my sinuses. Also relieved pressure in my head. I also drank lemon and honey hot water.

I have a really nasty sinus infection, my doctor prescribed me mucibex, suddafed, affrin , Tylenol, and a ZPak. Although it's a lot, I'm finally starting to feel better. I hope you feel better soon and affrin is great
