Try drinking some ginger ale. That seemed to help me with morning sickness.

This is my first pregnancy, im 19 weeks, and i still have morning sickness, i lost almost 30 lbs. (But im also a little big boned myself.) My doc told me to drink my calories because drinking fluids is something i can keep down. Drink protein drinks, (special K has some yummy protein drinks) What i do is i stick to the normal foods that hadnt made me sick during pregnancy, sometimes i will be gutsy and try different foods, but very rare, and if u could easily eat 1 sandwhiche in the past, i recommend to eat only half, dont underestimate how full u really are. Sometimes i felt really hungry i would eat until i was full and then 10 mins later ill be puking. Just push fluids especially water! Dont want to get dehydrated.
You have to push urself to eat something dont "starve" b/c thats loosing out for your child too. Are you telling your OBGYN that u arent hungry/thirsty?

Hi,
With my first pregnancy I had morning sickness all through out my first tri-mesters and lost 22lbs. I ended up getting some thing for the nausea. Around my 7 month and it helped. Now this is my second pregnancy. I'm 3 weeks pregnant and I don't have any vomiting but my sense of smell has been really high.

Talk to your doctor. I had morning (actually all day and night lol) sickness until about 6 months and had to be monitored pretty closely because I actually lost a few pounds. They won't hesitate to put you in the hospital on an iv if nessesary!
