Sleeping problems?

I am 30 weeks ftm, and have been hard time sleeping during the night. Its been happening since the past 2 weeks. I go to bed at 10, I am all awake till 2 am or 3 am. Then I sleep for a while then I have to go to the bathroom.  I am barely sleeping 5 hrs a day. What do you ladies do to sleep better? I bought body pillow, extra normal pillows but doesn't help whether I sleep on the left or right....please share your experience

I found having a warm bath with lavender oil or lavender bubble bath right before bed helps to calm you and soothe any sore muscles.

I am 31 weeks..having same problem :(...I would say ask ur partner to give u a gentle massage on back, legs,hands..it makes u comfortable n sleepy..another thing that helps me is good comfortable comforter..I try to fold it on both sides under my tummy which makes u less worried about squishing baby.

Thank you, I read online that using vitamin oil and gentle massage helps. I tried using Johnson baby oil with aloe and vitamin E oil, and got gentle massage.  For the past two days I've been getting quality sleep for over 5 hours. So happy

I wish I could tell you but this is my sixth pregnancy and bit very normal. I never sleep well especially at the end.  I have to say I finally sleep better after the baby born but not in quantity of hours but quality of my sleep as I am more comfortable not being pregnant.  I think it our body some how preparing us to be up with the baby all night.  Sorry wish I could help you out more but you aren't alone.
