Small Red itchy pumps on stomach 29weeks

I am 29 weeks pregnant and just recently got these little red pumps mostly down the middle of my stomach they are red and itchy. Anyone else have this ? What to do ?

I had bumps all over that I thought were bug bites and turned out it was pupps I had to get a cream for it thru the doctor

If it's itchy then they think puppe if it's not then there's actually something called a pregnancy rash

Check with your doctor, I know someone in my prenatal class actually had the same thing.. You can get a certain cream for it

I had this.. Mine weren't itchy though and it figured out it was from the coconut oil I was using.  Maybe it's from your lotion.. Did you start using something new? Or it could be a rash or puppps.

I just have one it just came out of the no where  I'm also 29 weeks
