Sneezing

Sometimes not always sneeze i get a sharp pain in my lower belly. It hurts for about 10-15 seconds then subsides. Is this normal? Im 14 weeks and today when it happened it literally made me drop to my knees. Its the only time i get pain but i was wondering if it was something that should happen?

It happens to me too I always assumed it was from my c section... I'm still getting pain in My incision. From last yr. It hurt before I was even pregnant again this time... I always yell when my hubby touches it and my underwear n pants irrate the crap out of it still..

It's normal, unfortunately....Your body is stretching and making room for the baby. I'm almost 37 weeks with baby #3 and seems like it gets worse with each baby. Some days, I'm even afraid to sneeze or cough because it'll cause that pain which hurts! lol :)

I was told it's round ligament pain...can happen if you move too fast or cough too.

I'm 18 wks 5 days and now when I sneeze sometimes my little one gets startled and I can feel him or her move a lot. ;-)

Could be round ligament pain. Sneezing causes it to rapidly stretch which HURTS!

Sneezing can be quite the ab work out. Like doing crunches
