Yes liquids liquids liquids. If you have a Davids tea nearby they have a great tea called cold 911. There are also good home remedies for natural yeas you can make with the stuff in your coupbards at home

I'm in Ontario as well :) when I was sick a few weeks ago I was taking halls as well as robitusin..was told by pharmacist it was safe. I only took.the syrup a few times though for nightime relief. Stay hydrated!
