Sore throat remedies?
I'm going tomorrow to have my lil girl and I woke up this morning with a sore throat. What's the best home remedies?
Gargle warm salt water
Drinking honey also helps. (Swallow a spoonful, or mix some with lemon and hot water or lemon tea.. Or ginger tea.)
Ricola cough drops are good. Honey + lemon + hot water. Lots of water.
