Spotting

I am 42 days pregnant today and I am 32 years old. This is my 3rd conception after 2 missed miscarriages. What worries me a lot is that I've had brown spotting 2 days back. I haven't had any cramps or spotting since then but today I saw dark brown blood when I wiped. Is this of serious concern? I have my 1st ultrasound scheduled on March 30.

I had browm spotting in the beginning ended up being a uti that lasted 1.5moths. Then about 2 weeks after that i had bright red spotting. Went in to my Dr they gave me a quick ultrasound and everything was fine. I understand your concern. I've miscarried before. As long as your not soaking a pad every hour or two. You should be fine. Brown blood is old blood. If you have any concerns go to your Dr and have them check. When you can here a heart beat get a dopler. Mine has eased my mind multiple times. As long as the baby has a healthy heart beat your fine.
