Stuffy nose!

Does any one else have a constantly stuffed up nose?  I'm 21 weeks now and I have no idea how to deal with this! Pre pregnancy I always relied on Advil cold and sinus, because t that really isn't an option at this point.  Vicks vapo rub helps a bit but I wake up a few hours later stuffed right up again.

Thank you for all the suggestions! I've been using Vicks vapo rub and it works but have still been waking up every few hours and often stuffed right up again.

I used Afrin nasal spray with my last bsby.  It was on the safe list of meds from my OB office.   There is a risk of becoming addicted to it, but I needed relief.  Less than a week after I gave birth to him I realized one day I hadn't used it again and u haven't had that problem again.  I'm now pregnant with #3 and fortunately haven't had that issue again.

You can try the following. I have tried almost all of them. Tylonol sinus, Sudafed, robitussin, vicks vapor rub, hot showers, netipot (spelling lol), benedryl, essential oils I was told work well. You will just have to try things until they work. Most cold and sinus problems last 10 to 14 days then go away. Sadly with the weather they tend to come right back.

So have I been trying to get rid of mines for weeks now and nothing yet. I was taking cold meds but when I went to the doctor she told me stop because it was raising my blood pressure. So I been eating soup and drinking orange since than. Taking extra vitamins and coping I guess. If you find any remedies let me know.

I've had one almost my whole pregnancy and I'm now 37 weeks. I still haven't found much that's effective in helping it but being in a hot shower with all of the steam temporarily relieves it.
