Decaf earl greys and green teas do exist, trader Joe's and whole foods have them.
Green tea has a lot of caffeine. Black teas also have a fair amount. If you can find Tetley tea, they have decaffeinated versions of many of their teas (green, earl Greg, chair...) It's excellent.
They do have caffeine, but they are green tea, so they have only a fraction of the caffeine a cup of coffee has. They don't keep me up at night either. I can only find them at certain stores. It's Bigelow brand that they sell everywhere but not every store carries the green tea versions. I stock up when I find them :)
I love Earl Grey its my favorite!! It does have caffeine though so I limit it. As far as herbal teas though some are unsafe during pregnancy so just be careful. Too much green tea especially is bad it inhibits absorption of folic acid.
And elvendork - I LOVE chai, but all the Celestial Seasonings have natural flavor from soy (that I've seen anyway) and I'm allergic. :-/
Isis - Do those two have caffeine? I love earl grey, but I'm only drinking herbal. The spicy one I have isa hot cinnamon blend, but I've been really into the cocoa mint maté right now.
Green Constant Comment, and green Earl Grey are my new obsessions, if the past 4 years makes it new lol. Hot tea has become my nighttime ritual... I am def a cream and sugar girl though.

I LOVE tea, especially when it's minty or spicy.
