Tay Sachs update
Some of you may have seen my posts asking questions or asking for prayers regarding tay sachs. After finding out I was a carrier for this terrible disease 12 days ago, all the worry, stress, pits in my stomach, sleepless nights of crying I just got a call from my doctor that my SO is NOT a carrier and we have NOTHING to worry about now!! The feeling of relief I have is beyond anything I have ever felt. I cry as I type this, out of pure happiness and gratefulness that my baby will have a shot at a normal healthy life. I am also very thankful for all of you ladies who have prayed for us and our baby. I can now enjoy my pregnancy and be excited about my baby without worry or guilt or stress. Again, thank you all who prayed and who gave me encouraging supportive words!
