Id say dont get to hung up on it, ur new baby will be hard work so alot of the weight will go just from the extra work u r doing! With my first son my weight just fell off- no diet required!! The 2nd i wasnt so lucky lol i lost a stone this way but wen my baby was 6 weeks i joined weight watchers & made an effort to walk with my baby in his pram  & lost all my baby weight within 3 months, I'm gonna do the same after this pregnancy :) trying to stay fit during our pregnancy will also help :)

Be active as much as u can. Breast feeding helps a lot. Also wearing a type of belt around your tummy it will make your tummy go down faster. U lose the most weight after u have the baby. Oh eating healthy is the most important thing to.
