Trying to be healthy

I'm about 5 weeks in and I really want to be in shape for my pregnancy. I want to increase flexibility and muscle tone.  Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent yoga/exercise DVD?

I have allot of experience in yoga and pilates. I love the pregnancy pilates it has helped with my back ache and the fatigue, and I just feel great! their are classes on youtube the same one that you can buy on dvd! so you can do it for free, she is a physyo therapist and its great! the yoga I found kinda boring and didnt feel too much of a difference! but thats just my spin on it! but I would def recommend the pilates to anyone expecting! :-)

I've been trying to find one too. I have a yoga dvd that I was using before pregnancy but it has a lot of positions on the belly that besides being uncomfortable I'm not sure would be good to do while pregnant. I haven't found any at the stores near me though. You might check out fit pregnancy magazine or their website bc they have lots of exercises you can try.
