This might be a little confusing sorry my stepdad brought me some cheese from el paso its like the mexican type queso blanco but idk if its pasteurized last night i had a little bit and now im freaking out lol it had no labels

Hi! I'm a registered dietitian and i would always tell my moms to avoid soft cheeses such as brie, feta, blue cheese, queso. This is because some of those cheeses may not be pasteurized
