UTI bleeding and possible threatened miscarriage

So im very early in my pregnacy a few weeks if that this is my second pregnancy and i found out last week i have a uti i went to the hospital because the pain was so bad im now on antibiotics and for a while they were working no pain and the bleeding died down but yesterday i started bleeding again ive never miscarried before but i assume its like an uncontrollable bleed like a period this more comes out when a pee and sometimes a tiny little bit leaks out on its own my docter checked my hcg levels and they were going up but that was before the bleeding started and hes doing it again in a couple of days but i feel like i should go see him again is there anything i can ask him to help stop this bleeding and help my chance to lower a risk of miscarriage if im even at risk.. ive never been in this position where i think i may miscarry so i think im probably overreacting but i dont know what else to do with my time

Whenever there is bleeding its good to get it checked out. UTIs are dangerous in 1st trimester. Even if it's blood from that I'd get checked out. I always think, when in doubt check it out. That's what having an OB is for.

Just to make sure you know where you urinate from (urtheral opening) is a different hole from your vaginal opening? Unless you've got something else going on down there.
