Vitamin Water…
Is the vitamin water even healthy to drink. The Zero one… I saw the nutrition facts & it has alott lol like vitamin Bs vitamin A , Naicin , pantothenic acid & magnesium. Is this good?.. Ftm
No water is best
Some of those vitamin waters also have caffeine in them. I stopped drinking them
The zero water also has bad sweeteners in them. If you need more vitamin b try a liquid supplement. They taste ok and you can take as needed for energy boost. I cut juice with water 1-4 and that helps to break up the boring water routine.
