WATERMELON!

For those of you who are constipated, nauseas, or at the end of pregnancy and having swollen feet or leg pain...eat watermelon! I was craving it so I got one and cut it up and have been eating it for the past 2 days. All of a sudden I'm not constipated anymore so I looked it up. It's 87% water (to keep you hydrated) and 12% fiber. It's a natural diuretic so it can help you lose water weight ( swollen feet/leg pain) so its great to eat especially when prego! And it is fat free so you can pretty much eat as much as you want. Also because it's made up of water, and has mild flavor its awesome for morning sickness and keeps you well hydrated. Just wanted to share with you ladies!

I decided wearing sandals and dresses is better than coats and boots lol. And it'll be just in time for all the holidays and all of the cute stuff saying "baby's first Christmas/ new year/ turkey day" lol
