@ Tigerlily I will definitely be trying that. Thanks missy!
2ndtimemum....try a belly band. It really helps with that.
Yeah they say towards the end we get a little bit more energy
Yeah, and I don't feel that much fatigue like I used to
True @ross1112 I do tend to sleep alot better after a busy day
Lol, for me, I've been walking more now than when I wasn't pregnant, and I'm not even supposed to, I have a cerclage so I can't walk, but I just don't want to gain to much weight, so I walk for like 30 mins, I feel like I'm about to die after, but that's good cause I sleep better lol
@Lizzie lol you are too funny it sounds like me. I did the mall last week. I don't plan on going back lbvs
Tigerlily you are my inspiration lol. I can't do it my legs, back, and pelvic area starts to hurt. That's usually after walking for ten minutes. I was very active and toned before this pregnancy, but I just cant do it now. Crazy part is when I was pregnant with my daughter I could do a marathon if I wanted to this little boy is giving me the flux.
Lmfao. Yeah the walking hasn't gone as good for me too. The longest I've walked was at Walmart and I almost died in the attempt lol. I was a sweaty red faced deep breathing mess. I'm trying to evict mine as well like that but I just can't! Lol
27w3d. With my first pregnancy I walked up until the day I went into labor. It was harder then because I had major ligament pains when I walked. I used a belly band and it worked wonders.
Tigerlily how far along are you?
@Mommylyric I'm sorry that happen to you when its hot I will go to the mall and walk around a bit, but usually in the air all the time
I walk about a mile everyday. Its not too bad. I push myself.
Lol I'm still jealous you don't have that much further to go. Anyday you'll be looking your princess in her eyes. Yes I thought I was about to do my thing today, but my body was like naw go home lol. Oh well
I'll find out tomorrow if I progressed any since I've been trying to stay active since my last appt.
I love walking.especially at night with the cool air
your body definitely lets you know when to stop. it varies. one minute i can feel like a trooper and can take on a greater distance than other days where two blocks feel like a mile. weather and humidity play a major role though...don't underestimate it! early during my second trimester, i tried walking a block in humidity for lunch with my co-workers and fainted...right then and there on the corner! listen to your body!!!! I'm still trying to apply that lesson myself... :-)
Walking for me is ok...I get a few ways up the toad then I think I can go farther so I attempt it, then I'm like oh no...and turn around!!lol
Once I'm home I feel fine other than short of breath... After resting my knees become very stiff and i notice more pressure on my vagina. I'm thinking it helps aid in dilating because I took a long walk two days before my Dr appt last week and I was dilated 3cm. So I've walked for the past 2,days hooping I progressed more...Im signing her eviction notice ASAP!! LOL
