Weeing when vomiting?

Hi, I'm 12weeks tomorrow and for the past 2 weeks my sickness has been horrendous. So bad that on occasion I've wee'd a little when throwing up. Please tell me this is normal?!

I know it'll get worsr the further on I get, just want to make sure theres nothing wrong. I had a Urine sample tested on Wednesday and results came back clear.

Thanks

I did it all the time. It's because your muscles all contract when you are heaving

P.s. you can do all the exercises you want but when you have your little one sitting on your bladder the only thing you can do is prepare.

Get those kegal exercises in to your day asap. Just stress incontinence. Your body will thank you for them later.
