Weight Gained

How difficult is it to loose the weight gained from pregnancy?
This is my first pregnancy and I have gained 25 lbs (i'm 34 weeks)I don't think that is too bad but I'm already over weight. I was working out 3-4 times a week and still weighed 200 lbs.

As long as your determined and have will power to want to lose weight you should be good 25 lbs is good amount at what your at now I'm plus size to and weighed little more than you when I found out i was 209 when I found out I had lost bunch of weight over summer to was down to 194 and then gained bc I got depressed bc we were trying and I kept comming back as not preg on tests so I gained weight back...you sound determined though and where there's a will there's a way good luck ....

Many women lose weight breastfeeding, for me I did the 12 weeks challenge, and after the 12 weeks I started in my gym and I also did Trimform, Today ppl look at me and don't believe I have two kids... I am looking forward to see those ppl faces after 12 weeks when I can tell them I am also pregnant with the third :)
If you really want to get fit you will, it's all about the motive, if you are doing it for yourself, it's a lot easier

Really just depends on how much you gain but so far it sounds like you are doing good you'll lose most of it during labor don't worry :)
