You can always cut out any sugar. You can also exercise lightly by walking. Add fruits and veggies to your daily meals.

I agree with babyblues2014. Im 26 weeks and have gained 35 pounds. Its my first pregnancy. Im also trying to maintain that weight by eating healthier and walking every day for an hour. Its working so far. I wouldnt want to deprive my baby of nutrients she needs to continue her development.  Its just temporary anyway...and since u have a good attitude about staying fit, im sure you'll loose all the baby weight after your baby is here and its safe for u to do so. :)

Its not healthy to lose weight while pregnant you're gaining because of the baby.

Now is not the time to diet. Don't try losing just eat healthier and drink plenty of water.

I'm 33 wks n have gained 30lbs so I feel your pain, but what I have tried to do is maintain the weight I am. I try to keep busy around the house and since its the holidays I walk a lot in the mall. Also try to eat more fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water. I've been the same weight for 5 wks now, so I know it's working.
