What can I do to go into labor naturally before morning?

Im due in 6 days but scheduled for induction in the morning. I really was hoping I'd go naturally. I was 4cm dialated last week but still am not  getting contractions. I have a lot of back pain when i walk so walking a lot is not a real good option. Ive already lost mucus plug and and am already at 4cm so you'd think I'd go into labor soon. Dr is inducing me because she said I can't just hang out at 4-5cm waiting on labor to start.

You can always refuse the induction unless there's a medical reason.

Nipple stimulation worked for me with my first made him push down and break my water you could try that

I don't know I wondered the same thing I have a 13 and a 15 year old and back then I went over my due date and they weren't even trying to induce me

Just can't hang out at 4cm? That makes no sense, unless you're already at almost 42 weeks? Some women walk around at 4cm for weeks before going into labour and their babies are fine. Why is your doctor trying to rush you?
