What can I drink!  Besides milk! I'm miserable and thirsty!

I do water with an electrolyte flavor shot in it. A little like juice but without the ascorbic acid.

Milk feels nice going down but it's acidic. It will cause heartburn. It also increases mucus production.

Water no kidding I am going through the same thing. I can only drink pure leaf extra sweet bottled tea, milk and water. I also love ice it don't cause heart burn and it is not like drinking plain water plus helps with thirst.
