What can I take for a cold with head congestion?

Im 32 weeks and I have a bad head cold. Is there a decongestant or something I can safely take?

I'm in the same miserable boat fighting off a cold and cough, but I'm not taking any meds. Coughing up congestion in the mornings inevitably makes me throw up. But I'm afraid to take anything besides acedomenephin. I'm just drinking tea with honey and lemon, and gargling with warm salt water. Also eating extra oranges for vitamin C.

Get plenty of rest and fluids!

I went to the doctor today and he told me tylonol sinus was safe and pseudoephedrine was safe. Also the other 2 I mentioned. I told him I didn't want back on antibotics again if I didn't have to be. He said just be patient and try the over the counter things right now.

I believe pseudoephedrine is safe to take. It was on my list of safe medicines to take during pregnancy.

You can't take a decongestant because they are dangerous. I have been taking robitussin and benedryl the last couple days and it's helping. I have been awful sick. I have been trying to hold off for several days on going to the doctor because I have an app today. I can't sleep, throat is killing me, drainage, throwing up from it all. It's not the fly because I don't have fever but it is kicking my butt.
