Eat smaller meals throughout the day... change toothpastes... and keep saltines or some kind of bread by you... I always made sourdough toast wirh butter... my vomiting was always stomach acid (I think I would of preferred throwing up food) and although it hasnt gone away completely its much better (I'm a few days shy of 31 weeks)... now I onky throw up once every other week or so... cant wait til ifs over

My first pregnancy, nothing helped. I had to get put on zofran. This time eating all the time helps mixed with ginger ale, ginger candies, sea bands, b natal pops and preggie pops. On the days where I just can't even stomach the idea of food, I chew on ice chips.

I feel your pain, I'm 14 weeks & just coming out the other side. I basically tried to eat something every hour which took some organisation & learnt never to try & eat a big meal it would come straight back up. I can highly recommend salt & vinegar chip sandwiches ;-)

I had hyperemesis graviderum (extreme morning sickness) was prescribed Zofran and Reglan together. No matter what I ate, I would have to pat my tummy like a baby (funny I know) to get it to settle and to burp without vomiting. If you bend at the waist (like you're picking something up off the ground) or lady down right after eating it increases the indigestion/nausea. I'd sit up for like a half hour then lay down on my back, the only position that didn't give me nausea. Good luck :)

Try eating in smaller portions and talk to your doctor. At the beginning i was always nauseous so my doctor prescribed me promethazine. Also keep salted crackers around and watch out for food that make u nauseous. U don't want to be vomiting to much bcuz baby needs food and nutrient, so i highly recommend that u talk to ur doctor.

With my first, all I could eat was chili dogs and V8 fruit juice. I'd feel sick if I wasn't eating or drinking. My second one I had HG and couldn't keep anything down no matter what I tried. Third one, doctor provided anti-nausea meds and those helped out a lot. With this one I just had nausea but no sickness, thank god. So it was easier to deal with compared to the others.
