Saltine crackers are and ginger ale
I never like ginger ale which doesn't make it any better
Watermelon kept me going through morning sickness. I can't stand ginger ale.
I always ate a ton of grapes, watermelon and mandarins. Go for anything that you think you can keep down.
Watermelon was a big one for me. But I didn't like any other kinds of melon. I also really enjoyed cucumbers and grapes.
I wore morning sickness bracelets that they use for cruises. My doctor told me they worked and it worked for me. I never had trouble with keeping my food down but I was told salty foods will work like crackers, peanuts something of that sort.
Any citrus was what help me the most!
Prego pops( sour candies from motherhood maternity stores or toys r us has them in baby section where I am) cucumbers. Avacodo
I follow my cravings and it works. If i eat what doesn't sound appetizing i usually throw it up or just feel ill all day. Papaya is also amazing for morning sickness. And pears with cottage cheese is my favorite breakfast right now.

Oranges, kiwi, apples, apple with chilito specially Granny Smiths. I buy myself the fruit trays wich are awesome n and do good for me. Also crackers. Shakes.
Naked juice red machine helped for me. I've heard that blueberries, strawberries and watermelon help with nausea a lot too. And watermelon will help with hydration.
The best solution I found so far are TUC biscuits and Gingerbread biscuits. They help cleanse the pallette which helps reduce the need for excess saliva and nausea. Good luck!
Lemon helped me a bunch! I used lemon juice in warm water (with a bit of honey or sugar to make it easier to drink). Got me through the first trimester.and crackers--salted crackers.
