What's best to drink to stay hydrated?

I've been feeling really dehydrated to the point that I feel as if I would faint. I hate drinking water, but I know that  it's best. Is there anything else that could be good to drink, other fruit punch and ginger ale because they make me nauseous when I drink them? I'm open to make my own juice cocktail. Do anyone know of any juice recipes? I don't have any allergies so I welcome all ideas. Thank you. =)

Gatorade is good. You can also freeze some Gatorade in ice cube trays and suck on those.

I'm not a huge fan either so I started doing fruit infused water! You can do any fruit you like put it in a pitcher of water and let it sit in the fridge all night! It really helped me drink more, stay hydrated and stay away from all the suger that are in alot of flavored drinks

How about tea? There's a lot of different kinds of tea without caffeine that are really good! And even the caffeinated ones have less caffeine then coffee. I am the same as you and have a difficult time drinking water unless it has lemon in it.

I was be same way with my 1st dr told me to try drinking Gatorade and just to dilute it a little so avoid the sugar. It helped me stay hydrated, I still drank water but Gatorade has the electorlites you need.
Also try slicing lemons/citrus fruit in hour water, a little flavor can help make it easier to drink

Seltzer water is a nice change up. I drink about 2 liters of water a day so sometimes need a change up. I really love polar and la croix. They are acquired tastes but after I drank a few cans/bottles I loved it. Also aloe water can be really good. The ones lightly sweetened with honey or cane sugar are low calorie, nothing artificial and quench my thirst. Hope this helps!
