So the cruel humor of nausea is that if you don't eat, you make nausea worse, then you really can't eat, and it gets worse...you get the point.

So as awful as it sounds really try to get something down! Good luck Mama!

As long as you don't get dehydrated you will be fine. There are plenty of days I can barely eat from being so sick and my baby is just fine. Just try and get a few crackers or something down when you can

I was very sick in the beginning and not able to eat much, my drs weren't too worried other than that they wanted me to stay hydrated. Eat what you can. There are people in other countries that have healthy babies during times of poverty and famine. Baby will take what it needs from you, just do your best to take care of yourself.

While it's absolutely never good to go without eating, actually your the one that suffers!! The baby will receive all the nutrients needed!! Since your baby doesn't actually have meals like you skipping your meals is much more unhealthy for yourself. Unless your making this a habit then your not getting the much NEED nutrition and neither is your baby!! Ya gotta eat girl!! If you can't eat or are to busy try drinking a Carnation Breakfast essential. It's high in sugar but it's healthy to a certain extent especially since your not eating properly. Take your prenatal vitamins, it will give you a reason to want to eat!!! A quick Apple, mango, banana...eat something!!!!
