If you have trader joes close by get plain European style yogurt (it has 0 sugar). Get probiotics for women's health. Eats tons of yogurt with no sugar. Cut sugar out of your diet.

I had it during 1st trimester. Doctor suggested (besides medication) eating tons of yogurt, kefir, cut down all sugars. Also, probiotics is a good idea to take daily.

Don't take any pills. Especially the ones that suppose to kill it in a few days. Call your doctor. They can schedule an urgent appointment.

Plain yogurt with little to no sugar. A natural remedy. I'm a future herbalist/dietitian. The ingredients in it kill bacteria.
