Yea I do notice it more wen I get hungry but the trouble is I have gone off pretty much everything!! I go through lil fazes of eating cereal every day all day, or really wanting crisps!! But the faze doesn't last long & then I just can't decide wot to eat, every lil smell puts me off food very quickly :( I like the smoothy idea tho I'm always thirsty & they may line my stomach for me to eat something a bit later....I'll give it a go thanks :) if it carrys on tho I will speak to my midwife about it- I was the 1st to laugh wen princess Kate went into hosp wiv morning sickness!! Wot a woos I sed! I'm not laughing now tho :((

What you are describing is stomach acid. Try frequent small meals to help keep the acid level down and for me I always had tums with me for when I could feel it coming.

When I was sick and my stomache was empty that is exactly what it was like. No fun. :/ If it is really bad, talk to your Dr about morning sickness medication. I went on heartburn medication because it was making me so sick and miserable later on in my pregnancy, which was so worth allieviating the suffering. 19 more days to go, amd hopefully I will be normal again. I hope you feel better soon!

You need to eat something before you get sick. You are throwing up bile and stomach acid because there is nothing in your stomach. If you cant eat i suggest drinking the naked brand red machine smoothies. They are pricey but getting sick after drinking that is like heaven compared to not drinking it. I am 18 weeks and just got over morning sickness, now im getting sick from acid reflux, stock those smoothies for now!!
