Does anyone know what I can do for these acne break outs? This is my first pregnancy and I'm breaking out on my chest, back, neck, face. I hate it! I feel like I'm 15 all over again. Any advice please help!

I use a neutrogena face wash that is unscented ( I still smell it a little but it is called unscented! ) .  I have used their products for a decade and just kind of roll with the latest when they discontinued what I  had been using.  Maybe tmi but I use it for my chest too and it helps keep the acne away or at bay at least.  So much more manageable.  I hope this is helpful!   Feel better soon.  If you drink soda, try kicking it out  of your diet if you can.  The sugars contribute to acne I think.  Imho.  Take care!!!

Had the same thing. Let's just say mine stayed until 23 weeks but then it got significantly better thereafter. At the Time it was face  and neck.the worst I ever saw or had. Then it started on chest and back but little itchy ones. I will be 32 weeks tomorrow and my main issue now is oily skin. It has been an issue since first tri, but it sometimes comes with a few pimples. Also have a rash that's just stuck around since third tri. I tried using belli acne wash it's the only wash that my face will take. I don't know why. And I it's preggo safe. In 2nd trimester, doc said I could use Benzol peroxide under 5% and aloe vera gel (to moisturize). This helped a lot initially but if Benzol peroxide when used often it stops working. Now i only wash and pray that will be enough to keep my skin clear. It doesn't seem to like any moisturizers. I also do homemade masks. A clay mask really helped. All the best I know your pain... As i Work with People everyday And involved In community So People always pointed it out as if I didn't have a mirror at home. I wanted to stay Hope everyday!! . I have used make up throughout pregnancy, really hoped For that nice glow In pregnancy n finally now People say i i Have it!! I almost want to cry when I hear it knowing how tough it has been.Keep drinking water  though or you also suffer with a puffy face! All the best mama. In the end its all for a great cause. And it is a small problem to face when you end up with a perfectly healthy baby. That's what kept me going.

I'm going thru the same thing and it's horrible because even during puberty I've never had acne until now and tomorrow I'll be 15 weeks (my second trimester) and I'm still going thru this but only on my face...ugh!!

Unfortunately that can happen when prego.sometimes it lasts the entire pregnancy. Careful ance medicine, lotions, creams, treatments & wash should be avoided while prego. Talk to Ur dr they may recommend s

I had that in my first trimester. But thankfully they was all on my back, huge and hurt like hell, but able to hide them. I made sure I exfoliated well everyday. They went away but I'm not sure if it was because I was in my first trimester it because I exfoliated. Xxx

I had the same thing. I know awful it can be! I use a facewash by GM Collin that did seem to help, but honestly it's all hormones and mine did go away in 3 weeks. My OB did give me a topical antibiotic called Clindamycin which helped a little bit.  I know how awful it can be...mine got so bad I cried. Just know it's not anything youre doing its the baby. Not wearing makeup helped but I wouldn't go out in public without it on. :( I hope it gets better soon.
