anyone else?

Anyone else's upper outer thighs hurt after sleeping on your sides? I've been waking up lately in the middle of the night and my upper outer thighs are so sore/hurt. I'm thinking because of sleeping on my sides. Any tips on how to prevent this?

That was happening to me, so I started propping myself up a bit more so I could sleep on my back. As long as I'm not flat it doesn't hurt sleeping on my back. I've been sleeping so much better now.

My sides, legs, and hips hurt like crazy. I've tried light exercise, walking, stretching, nothing really helps except for Tylenol extra strength. My doctor recommended  it, it's a god send
