missed miscarriage fear

I am 8 weeks and so far have had a miserable time of it. Split up with my partner. Cramping and restless leg syndrome in my legs and arms and hands. Iv had very bad anxiety and feeling quite depressed. I work part time just doin 4 hour shifts 5 days a week. I don't do anything I would say was strenuous but I have been very very upset all the time. I had sore breasts from the beginning and major swelling to my stomach due to the sore stabbing sort of period like cramps.I also had a change in appetite and sense of smell was on overdrive basically all the signs of pregnancy. For the last 3 days I haven't had any symptoms. My taste has returned to normal (no metal taste in my mouth) no cramp, no signs of tiredness, can sleep right through the night everything has returned to normal even my stomach size. I'm becoming very wary that Iv maybe stressed myself out that much between work, my ex and my 8 year old that I have maybe caused a missed miscarriage. Has anyone experienced any of this. I don't have my midwife appointment until next week so I'm quite worried.

Have you had any bleeding?? If not, I would try to worry less. If you are bleeding, go to the ER.

I have the exact same symptoms to a tee. I'm not stressed at all though. I have been a couch potato so I think everything you described is normal. The cramps suck the most but I'm 8 weeks and haven't had them for two whole days and my bloated belly is going down. I'm happy about these things! Lol

I had bleeding and cramping at 14 weeks. I was worried about a miscarriage too, but everything is ok.  Cramping veing present or absent doesn't always mean anything.

So hard these days. Everything seems to be getting worse by the day so I'm fearing the worst for everything. Think my anxiety is taking over.

My symptoms came and went during the first trimester,  it is not uncommon at all. Just know you can't control it if something does happen so try to keep your mind elsewhere, I know that is easier said than done.
