anyone taking depression meds?

I'm on zoloft and studies show that certain doses are safe for u and baby. It's better to take the meds than to be sick.

I was taking prozac before i got pregnant andmy dr switched me to zoloft cuz its safer for the baby but it doesnt work as well.  I have horrible anxiety.

Beware! I was on Zoloft for two years I had the worst withdrawls ever imagined. (As goes for any anti-depressant) if you don't plan on taking them forever then I wouldn't take them at all. I thought I needed meds but that was because thats what everyone was saying. (Doctors, family, friends) I found other ways to channel my depression and I'm happily off meds for the past 3 mo. It made me numb to everything. I had no emotion.
I'm not quite sure what your situation is but if you feel they will help you then go for it. I am not in favor of taking any pills while pregnant but its totally your decision. I don't look down on it either. People have their own issues and I'm not perfect by any means. Just do what your heart tells you. <3 good luck girl. I hope it works out for you. :-) ♥
