For my sisters baby shower I got microwave popcorn and made lables to put on it that Antoinette is about to pop set time to 10:28:12 (her due date) on the back I had ingredients: a little bit of Antoinette (mom),a little bit of Beto (dad) and a whole lot of love.
Under that I had nutrition facts and i just put things that had to do with the baby I can't really remember them all but for example I put
2 excited brothers ....   100%
10 fingers and toes....   100%
You could put what ever you like
We also made little lables with her theme on them that said mommy's about to pop we tied them with curling ribbon to blow pops and her 2 older boys handed them out at the shower :)

We did little bags of popcorn with labels that said "Ready to pop". They were really cute aninexpensive.

Omg I love everyone's ideas..it's so hard to choose.but I like the marshmallows,cookie cutters,smokes or the sanitizer.hmm? So hard

I did wine glasses with cake pops with baby foot prints ..and had labels printed with my name

I did hand sanitizers replaced the label with a free it's a girl print out. You can change it to its a boy.

They have cookie cutters in all different baby shapes. ..rattles, rubber ducks, diapers, carriages.  Maybe you can make cookies with blue icing?

We did smores kits with a printable that said we're adding s'more love to the family and had the due date.

My mom amd I made rattles for mine:) all you need are sucker sticks, regular sized marshmallows and mini ones, dip the big marshmallows on the sticks in melted chocolate like the kind thats colored and then dip in sprinkles and freeze standing up right. Once they are hard put the little ones on the bottom and dip in chocolate and lay on wax paper on a cookie sheet and put them in the freezer again to harden. And tada you now have edible rattles that are super cute

I know fannie mae has blue bubble gum cigars for cheap.
My boyfriend was obsessed with getting them cuz they were semi-masculine favors! Lol

Do u have a theme of some sort?  I just went to pat cat and and bought this full size Hershey bar wraps that are blue and say It's a boy. It's cheap and quick. I spend most of money on decor. Cuz I'm way to excited about my theme lol
