back pain
So the last to days I've been trying to get rid of this back pain I have tried pain meds yet I try to avoid them when possible. But its weird cuz my back pain is always in the same spot towards the middle of my back on the left side right next to my spine. I don't get it why would it just be there in that one spot?
I couldn't make it through this without my chiropractor

Also try looking online for pregnancy stretches that focus on your sciatic nerve. You can also talk to your doc about going to physical therapy. It helpedme.
Just a suggestion...have Dr check you for an UTI. My back pain was due to that and it was painful. No meds helped or heating pad. Once I started meds I felt way better. Good luck!
