Go to the Hospital, you are in Labor! !!!!!!!
Stop doing laundry! That can cause contractions! Even if what your feeling is just tightening or braxton hicks, it can turn into labor. Lay down on your left side, or at least sit down with your feet up and drink some water. (Easier said than done for busy mommies, I know.)
